Built for the Future: One of Ontario’s First Net-Positive Buildings
Our office is housed in an ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) building —
among the first Net-Positive buildings in Ontario. It generates more
energy than it consumes and actively gives back to the electrical grid.
Net-positive performance starts at the structural level. ICF construction delivers
superior thermal mass, airtight insulation, and dramatically reduced heating and
cooling loads — the kind of baseline efficiency that makes net-positive energy
generation achievable.

custom laser-cut reception screen to the glass-partitioned collaboration zones,
the space is engineered to support the way architects actually work.

and a wall-mounted display for portfolio presentations. Frameless glass walls let
natural light travel while maintaining the focus of a private consultation.
